2026 Boys Spring Folkstyle & Freestyle Season
Train. Compete. Level Up.
This spring season will focus on Folkstyle fundamentals while introducing athletes to Freestyle wrestling techniques and competition opportunities.
Freestyle tournaments will be available March – May.
A tournament schedule will be released, including 2 local events with confirmed coach attendance.
New! Girls Wrestling
Bruin Elite Wrestling Club is excited to launch our first Girls Wrestling Program, designed to develop athletes from beginner to advanced levels in a supportive and competitive training environment.

Recommended for wrestlers with 3 years of experience or less
We strongly encourage newer wrestlers to begin in Prime, as learning freestyle too early in development can be challenging. This group builds strong fundamentals while introducing freestyle concepts in a structured way.

Decorated high school senior with extensive wrestling and youth coaching experience.

Time: 5:15 PM – 6:45 PM
For experienced wrestlers (4+ years) & High School athletes
Advanced training environment focused on higher-level technique, live wrestling, and freestyle transition.
Dates: March 12 – May 28
Days: Tuesday & Thursday
Location: Ponderosa HS Wrestling Room
Time: 5:15 PM – 7:00 PM
Fridays (High School Only)
Bruin Elite Wrestling Room
5:15 PM – 6:45 PM
